“Successful therapy is when you feel seen, supported, and more connected to yourself and are able to navigate life with greater clarity and ease.”

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rhode Island College. I’m licensed in Georgia, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Vermont. I am in the process of adding licensing for New Jersey, Oregon, and Texas. All sessions are conducted virtually utilizing a HIPPA compliant platform.

My journey into the mental health field has been guided by empathy, intuition, and a deep belief in the power of connection. Even as a child, I was drawn to people’s stories and emotions. That early curiosity to hold space for others eventually grew into a calling. I began my career working with neurodivergent adolescents and young adults. These experiences were formative. I saw the strength it takes to be vulnerable and learned how powerful it can be to offer others a sense of safety, compassion, and steadiness. Over time, my work has expanded, and I enjoy supporting clients facing a range of challenges. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship, believing that healing begins in spaces where people feel seen, accepted, and supported.

I’m passionate about supporting clients with a holistic approach to mental wellness. I draw primarily from Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

Centered Willow Therapy is inspired by my connection to nature and the symbolism of the willow tree, representing peace, resilience, flexibility, and growth. Growing up, I spent countless hours climbing and playing in a large willow tree in my yard, and it became a place of imagination, comfort, and reflection. The name reflects my belief in creating a grounded, nurturing environment for healing.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, gardening, cooking, and spending time with my family, friends, and my cat, Jasper. I live with my partner in Savannah, GA, and love to practice mindfulness and self-care by soaking up the natural beauty of Coastal Georgia.
